Almond Butter

Ingredients-

400g/about 2 cups unsalted almonds

Directions-

  • Spread the almonds on a baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes at 180C/350F.
  • Add the almonds to a food processor and run for 5-10.  
  • Scrape the sides and keep running until smooth.
 
*If the almonds are already roasted, warm them up in the oven, this will help release the oil and make the process a LOT faster.
