Haddock Salsa with Baked Multigrain Chips


Ingredients-

1 multi grain wrap
A bit of olive oil
Smoked paprika to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 grilled haddock
1/2 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
Juice of a lemon
A pinch of cumin

Directions-

  • Brush the oil on the wrap.
  • Sprinkle the spices onto the wraps.
  • Cut the wrap into 8 equal pieces.
  • Bake at 180C/350F for about 10 minutes, turning once. 
  • Keep an eye on them.
  • Shred the haddock and mix it with the onion and tomato to make a salsa.
  • Add the lemon and cumin to it.
  • Eat them with the chips.
