Very Apple Yoghurt

Ingredients-

1 apple, cut into wedges
½ cup Greek yoghurt
1 tsp. honey
Pinch of cinnamon
Almonds or walnuts to taste

Directions-

  • Warm up the apples in a pan.
  • Add a bit of water and cook until the natural sugar is released, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the honey and cinnamon and cook for 1 minute on low heat.
  • Serve with the yoghurt and top with the nuts.
