Peanut Ginger Energy Truffles
Ingredients-
1 cup dates
1/2 cup cashews
¼ cup almonds
2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. peanut butter
Ground cashews for rolling
Directions-
Process all the ingredients in a food processor until a ball forms.
Form bite sized balls by rolling the paste within your palms.
Roll over the ground cashews.
