Healthy Tuna Salad Wrap

Ingredients-

1 can of tuna
½ chopped onion
½ chopped pepper
½ chopped cucumber
A handful of chopped parsley
1 chopped tomato
¼ chopped avocado
¼ cup of chopped spinach
¼ cup of Greek yoghurt
Juice of ½  a lemon
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp. of paprika
1 tsp. of garlic granules
2 multi grain wraps


Instructions-

Mix all ingredients well, apart for the avocado, yoghurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic.
On a separate bowl, mix the yoghurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic.
Add the yoghurt mayo to the veggies, add the avocado and mix carefully.
Add to the wraps and enjoy.
