Grapes and Greek Yoghurt Goodness

Ingredients-

½ cup Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp. walnuts
6 grapes
¼ tsp. honey
Pinch of cinnamon

Directions-

  • In a saucepan, warm up the walnuts with the honey.
  • Add the grapes and cinnamon and cook over very low heat for 2 minutes, until the grapes look blanched.
  • Pour over the yoghurt and enjoy this slightly sweet snack.


*Serves 1
