Ingredients-
Potatoes -------------------------------------- 3 Large ones
Oregano -------------------------------------- 2 tablesppons
Paprika --------------------------------------- 1 tablesppon
Olive Oil -------------------------------------- 2 tablespoons
Instructions-
- Wash and cut the potatoes, without peeling, into medium sized squares.
- I used peeled and non peeled potatoes as 2 of my children do not like the skin.
- Add a bit of olive oil to a baking dish and put the potatoes in.
- Add the oregano, paprika and rest of the olive oil to the potatoes.
- Roast in the oven at 180C/Gas 4 for 40-50 minutes.
- Every 15 minutes, turn the potatoes upside down.
- Continue roasting until fully cooked.
