Roasted Potatoes with Oregano


Ingredients-

Potatoes -------------------------------------- 3 Large ones
Oregano -------------------------------------- 2 tablesppons
Paprika --------------------------------------- 1 tablesppon
Olive Oil -------------------------------------- 2 tablespoons

Instructions-
  •  Wash and cut the potatoes, without peeling, into medium sized squares.
  • I used peeled and non peeled potatoes as 2 of my children do not like the skin.
  • Add a bit of olive oil to a baking dish and put the potatoes in.
  • Add the oregano, paprika and rest of the olive oil to the potatoes. 
     
  • Roast in the oven at 180C/Gas 4 for 40-50 minutes.
  • Every 15 minutes, turn the potatoes upside down.
  • Continue roasting until fully cooked.
