Banana Pecan Cake

Ingredients-

4 brown ripe bananas, mashed
⅓ cup coconut oil 
4 medium eggs or 3 large ones
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp sea salt
3 tbsps pecans

Directions-
  • Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • Pour into a lined bread pan.
  • Bake at 180C/350F for 45-55 minutes.
